We took our first big hike as a family last weekend! Well, Mama and Dada hiked, and I hitched a ride for most of it, but I put in a good effort, and once we got to the top the view was amazing!
It was pretty hot outside that day, so it was nice to take my shoes off and cool my feet in the stream for a little while, brrrrrr!
And we made sure to take lots of rests on the way up and to drink plenty of water!
But the best part was knowing that after we made it back down to the bottom I was going to get ice cream!!!! Ahhh nature, what a lovely thing!
